Common questions

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Quiet Iron. Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple.

How do I export my data?

In the app: Settings → Data transfer → Export all data to JSON (optionally password-protected).

How do I delete my data?

In the app: Settings → Data transfer → Delete all my data. This erases everything on your device and deletes your anonymous account and all data linked to it. It can't be undone. (An active subscription must be cancelled separately in the App Store.)

Is my health data private?

Yes — Quiet Iron is local-first. Your logs stay on your device; only a small weekly summary is sent to power the AI coach, and only when you use it. See the Privacy Policy.

Is the coach medical advice?

No. The coach offers general information only and is not a substitute for a clinician. See the health disclaimer in our Terms of Use.
