Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Quiet Iron app (“the app”). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms and to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which also applies.

Health disclaimer — please read. Quiet Iron is a general fitness and wellness tool, not a medical device and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The in-app coach provides general information only and does not give medical diagnoses or drug/supplement dosing. Always consult a qualified clinician before starting any training, nutrition, or supplementation program, and for any questions about a medical condition, symptoms, medications, or lab results. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something in the app. If you may have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.

The service

The app helps you log training, recovery and related metrics, computes a weekly verdict, and offers an optional AI coach. Features may change over time. Some features require a paid subscription (“Pro”).

Subscriptions & billing

Quiet Iron Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly). Current prices and any free-trial terms are shown in the app before you purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no attempts to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer beyond what the law permits, or use it to violate any law. You are responsible for the data you enter.

Your data

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Quiet Iron is local-first; you can export or delete your data at any time from within the app.

Intellectual property

The app, its content and trademarks are owned by Quiet Iron and its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any metric or recommendation is accurate for your situation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quiet Iron will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
